The first meeting takes place at a location to suit you, at your vacant land, existing home or else where. There we discuss what will suit your land, environment, lifestyle and whether you want a custom home design of your own or a Fine Edge Home design.
Engineering Plans
We will have all the engineers plans ready for you when you decide to start building.
Cost Estimates
If you are considering how much a new home should cost, as a rough guide once you have decided on the size of your new home you should allow approx $850 m2.
