Fine Edge Homes has a "Turn Key" Inclusion List.
We are asked many ocassions what our inclusions are. We prefer to include everything you will need to just move in and not worry about having to do the work yourself after moving into your new home. We don't expect you to have the knowledge of all the requirements for building!
Let us look after the whole process for you from the planing to handing over the keys to you. All you have to do is make your own personal choices for the finishes you would like.
We prefer to tell you the exclusion list so you know what you will need pay for after handing over your home.
